Clearfine does not:

If you enable notifications, Clearfine will send reminders based on the information you enter.

You remain responsible for:

  • Meeting deadlines
  • Making payments
  • Verifying information with the issuing authority

Clearfine is a support tool, not a guarantee that deadlines or penalties will be avoided.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Enter false or misleading information deliberately
  • Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in Clearfine are owned by or licensed to us.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose only.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Clearfine available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Suspend or discontinue parts of the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
